Anheuser Animal Clinic

We unfortunately had to put our dog to sleep. This clinic was so compassionate to Petey and to us. I was also extremely impressed with the veterinarian. Their system for euthanasia is the best I've encountered ever. Petey was comfortable ( as comfortable as a doggy so sick could be) in my lap in the floor. They had an IV in him and they sedate them before they help them pass on. She got the the floor with us and it was peaceful and calm and flowed easily and they treated him with respect even after his passing. I'm tearing up writing this but Ive been thinking about it since it happened and they just really know what they're doing and I wouldn't hesitate to go here.

Very nice and friendly staff. They took great care of my dog Dolan. I'm so grateful that my friend Joyce referred me here. The staff communicated very well and the vet did an amazing job on Dolan's surgery. The pricing was very affordable which helped me a great deal because I'm handicap. I've been to many vets over the years and this is the best I've been to

Absolutely incredible clinic. Dr. Anheuser and her staff really truly care about their patients, and they show it by not only listening and advocating for them, but it also reflects in their pricing. It feels so empowering to know I can actually afford vet care now for my babies.

I was referred to Anheuser Animal Clinic by a friend who spoke very highly of it, assuring me I wouldn’t be disappointed. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite — I’ve never been so disappointed by a veterinary visit. Upon entering, I was immediately overwhelmed by the strong, unpleasant smell of feces and urine throughout the building. I’ve been to many veterinary clinics over the years and have never encountered such an odor. It made for an unsettling and unprofessional first impression. Once in the exam room, things briefly improved thanks to the veterinary technician, who was kind, professional, and attentive. Truly the highlight of the visit. I love how much they care about animals that arent even theirs.. they love them like their own♡. They are doing a great job caring for my very ill kitty cat..I miss her dearly! But I know she is being well taken care of.♡ I love how thorough Dr. Anheuser is with everything, you know she knows what she is talking about! Shes amazing!
