Has been my go to for a while then I guess she’s having a bad Christmas and taking it out on others? I asked her 2 weeks ago if she had any time for my 2 dogs and when I never got a response I kinda figured she was busy but when she sends me a message 2 weeks late , and then gets smart, she will never get my business again!

Kimberly Rigdon has been grooming my THREE dogs for years now! I cannot say enough great things about her! She is very meticulous and has exceptional grooming skills! She is also extremely knowledgeable about dogs and their overall health as well! My dogs ALWAYS jump for joy when I say "going to see Auntie Kimmy for bath today?" and they RACE to the car! She is also extremely personable and highly professional. Appointments are SUPER EASY to book (we just text her!) and she's very responsive. She truly LOVES her clients and treats every dog under her care as her own. Highly recommend!
I could see right away with Kimmy’s sweet and patient way she met my dog Bella that it would be a very positive experience and it absolutely was! Not only can you tell she is an animal lover, she also is a talented groomer that did a great job. Strongly recommend!!
The groomer is the sweetest person ever! I took my puppy in for 1st haircut and when I picked her up she was wagging her tail happy as could be! Then we got ready to leave my puppy went over and gave her a kiss! So she liked her too!!!
