She did such a fantastic job on my dog Johan, normally he's a a handful but the groomer must've had a magic touch because he behaved with her much better than he has ever did with me. Was actually able to cut his nails! Something my dog never lets me do. Was very nice to chat with as I stuck around to assist in case he acted up. Turns out I probably wasn't needed as she got him to behave just fine. Definitely recommend especially if you've got a bigger dog like mine!

We have three dogs. We absolutely LOVE Kim. I won't take my furbabies anywhere else. She is affordable and ALWAYS does an excellent job. My babies love her. I am always confident when I drop my littlest one, who is the only one who needs her hair cut, off that she will be well looked after.

I was excited that she was able to get my dog in for a bath and a nail trim same day, but left unhappy. My dog left her salon with visible dirt still left on her head and belly, and some of her nails were split and seemed to be uncomfortable for my dog to walk on. I also felt very talked down to and like she did not really care about me or my dog.

both of my dogs were brought in, they refused to groom one bc she “looked matted”, she just has curly fur and it looked stringy and since shes 17, it’s hard to brush her constantly. the other dog was groomed and we asked for a trim, her fur is now extremely short (she wasn’t matted) and she looks like a completely different dog and NOT in a good way. i’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this needed to be said.

I was referred to Kim 2 years ago by a friend and have taken my cat to have her claws trimmed approx. once a month since then. She is kind, gentle and yet firm all at the same time and Gracie likes her. I have referred Kim to friends and would again in a heartbeat.
