I have been going to Andover Vet for several years now and I truly cannot be happier with the care my pet receives there. My last visit I was very concerned and anxious over the condition of Maddie’s ears, and skin. From the moment our tech came to get us she showed Maddie so much kindness/care she put me at ease just in the questions she was asking. I felt very defeated going into the appt as her ears were both a mess and her skin was also far worse as well. Being her caregiver I just felt I was doing something wrong or not enough. The Vet came in thoroughly,informed by my tech and jumped right in. Went over Maddie’s plan and care in such great detail that I was completely confident in all I needed to do. I know vet medicine is stressful and fast paced, but things had changed at our old place and it just wasn't the right fit anymore. My best friend recommended this hospital, and I am so glad I listened. From the moment we walked in, I immediately felt a shift in the energy, the vibe was so smooth and calm. I've been taking my senior lab to Andover Animal Hospital since 2021; my childhood family dog was also patient at AAH so we've been long time clients. We have seen many of the vets there, but we particularly see Dr Manse. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Manse. Both Dr Manse and the team at AAH have treated my senior lab Bruin with such kindness and patience, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. I have experienced everything from regular well visits, to senior visits, to surgery at AAH and would quickly refer any and all to their services. I was able to get an appointment the day I called and everyone was very nice. We were brought into the exam on time and the tech and veterinarian were wonderful with my dog. He was thoroughly examined and the issue was taken care of with expertise. I was given thorough instructions for his care and all my questions were answered. I have been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and I would recommend them.

We moved to Andover in 2024 and were sad to leave our longtime vet—but we are so grateful we found Andover Animal Hospital. From the kind folks at the front desk to the experienced vet techs to the compassionate veterinarians, we never have to worry whether our dog is in good hands. We've found booking an appointment to be pretty easy, and we've only had positive experiences with the vets we've seen when we our primary isn't available. We don't feel rushed at appointments; staff thoughtfully listen to our concerns and seem to genuinely care for our pup's wellbeing. In our experience, the techs and vets have consistently provided excellent care and aftercare, too. They follow up after sick visits and/or procedures to make sure our dog is doing better.
