To the Entire Staff of Anderson County Animal Hospital, Norris, and South November 11, 2025, was the saddest day of my life. Tonka was my family--my little companion and child. After he went over the Rainbow Bridge, seeing the young lady from your team carry him so gently, wrapped in his blanket and held close, gave me peace I did not expect. She held him as if he were her own. Your kindness and compassion during such a painful moment meant more than I can ever express. Thank you for loving Tonka and for taking such wonderful care of him. You talk about a Animal Hospital that really cares about the animals that come in there doors. I would trust them against any other hospital around. The staff is the Greatest Bunch of people I've ever had the pleasure meeting. They treated my landlords dog like he was a King. But he is a Diesel lol. He is doing so great.I would trust them to take care of my Hooch any day of the week. If anyone has a Sick animal. This is the place to go. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to the Great Staff

I rarely leave bad reviews…but omg. First they lied about how expensive it would be to get my male cat neutered…First they said it would be $430 then my dad turned around and called and they said it would be 200…insane. THEN after I went through with it and got him fixed there they cut on the side of his sack?? The new vet I just went to said that wasn’t right. I had to go to this new vet cause his incision popped open, they used glue to close him up and it was on the side of his sack like I said. Anderson county gave my cat a flea pill without my consent and charged me for it when I got there. They then told me he had fleas, bad enough for the pill and the gel they offer, which was weird cause I make sure he is always treated for fleas, the new vet I went to said there wasn’t even a spec

They always take great care of my animals with great bedside manor. The vets will walk you through and talk through possible treatments and give you options based on what you’ve experienced and will love your animals as much as you do

Our Pit Clyde has been going here for many years, as a dog with seizures. They take amazing care of him, and worked until they found the right medication that worked best for him. He goes there and stays in the Doggie Hotel when we go out of town and he is so happy all the time when we pick him up. Everyone there loves him and is so kind. Great place to bring your fur babies for any of their needs.
