I gave them 1 stars to bring attention towards the contractor I was recommended. I wanted my floors to get done faster than I was doing them myself in my short pieces of time at home. I was surprised with some gifted money to get the floors done quickly. The guy that came to do my floors was chris rogers. He was really awesome and nice at first and was doing a great job. We decided to pay him a few days in to the job, and as soon as we paid him the work went down the toilet. He cut us a deal under the guise to be kind, "to work with us".I said I needed to stay within his quote and he said he would do it all for a marked price. Well, he didnt. The workmanship was subpar, with a clear lack of attention to detail. The true measure of a job well done isn't just the conversation with Shane and his team, but the final result. These images show only a few spots in the four bedrooms where I had carpet installed and a hallway with LVP. I specifically asked them to address the squeaky floor areas before laying the LVP (and was willing to pay extra if needed), but they ignored my request despite promising to fix it. Gaps between the carpet and baseboards? I was out of state when the work was done, and I regret not being there in person. I reached out multiple times before and after the job, but received no responses or callbacks—except when it was time to pay. From start to finish everything was perfect! We went the showroom one Saturday afternoon. Shane greeted us and advised us to take some samples home. We picked out the perfect flooring. Shane was quick to get everything done and worked with my schedule. He was also quick to respond to my texts/email questions I had. The floor was finished today and it is absolutely beautiful.. The installers did an awesome job. I highly recommend Anderson Carpet One in Alto!
