This place is great! The staff is so kind, I love that they know my dog and I by name. Caiti always greets us and checks us in right away and really goes the extra mile every time we come in! Always setting up activities and holiday photo shoots. You can tell how much they care for the dogs. Between the grooming, daycare, pet sitting and walking, and “taxi” option.. they offer exceptional services. Definitely the best place in tampa and highly recommend!

They genuinely love dogs! So grateful to have found them! Super convenient location to the Selmon expressway. Fantastic enrichment activities, social media check-ins during the day and themes! We send our 3 youngest pups a couple times a week and they have the best time and come home so tired and sweet.

Tried talking to some employees and didn't feel welcomed... Need to work on customer service and promote a greater sense of belonging. wouldn't trust bringing my pet to a place where ppl give attitude...

I can’t recommend Christine enough! Not only is she incredibly skilled and professional, but she’s also so gentle and caring with my pet. We have struggled for the past 3 years to find a reputable groomer and You can really tell she loves what she does. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust completely with my fur baby!
