I got my daughter a kitten she was about 3months old all sudden She turned lifeless with in days Literally lethargic. when I found her from outside I figured I could give her a good home she looked sick when I got her I did notice her eyes were gookie I thought I could treat it .. nope she turned to weak .she couldn’t walk to her litter box or eat. I would take a wet qtip so she didn’t get dehydrated…make long story short I brought the kitten (Lilly) to dr vivien … I had no clue what to do because I didn’t have the cost to bring the kitten to the vet to be checked ECT ….dr vivien Didn’t even discuss payment like these other vets 1st thing they want is cash I called 5 of them and they rejected the kitten because I asked them to bill me and they wouldn’t so I came in hysterical she literal

I've been going there for 29 years with all my cats no matter where I had moved to. Vivian is the best vet. Always kind and caring and explains everything. I highly recommend her 😀

Great visit thought my dog was having lung problems because of almost constant panting. Turned out he is in pain from spine and back legs. Lungs are fine. He is 13. Got medicine.

“We’re a business, we’re not a charity” is what this “business” told me when I found out that they are charging people $250 for a cremation service through Cornell that costs $115. They are taking a profit of $135 and ripping off customers that are disabled and can’t afford to drive anywhere else, and unfortunately had to go through this vet. Go somewhere else, and contact Cornell directly if you need your pet cremated and save yourself and your family money.

It's nice calling from my car before going into the exam room. Didn't have to wait at all. Took my elderly cat in for her yearly shots and physical with a clean bill of health. It's always great to talk to Vivian every year. I've been going there for 30 years. Vivian is great with all the cats I've had over the years. Kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Best vet around!!
