America's Heartland Animal Center

This was my first visit in we had just moved to North Platte beginning in November and I didn't have anything emergency like but just something that needed to be taken care of and they got me right in they got everything organized for my new vet office. They are so kind caring professional and pleasant. It does not smell like a Veterinary Hospital when you walk in the door it didn't even freak my dog out and they offer something for everybody there are such neat things in there it's like a little country gift shop store. So they had me right there because my favorite thing to do is go shopping❣️

I needed to get my dog into the vet and my usual vet wasn’t open. All other vet places were booked up or not accepting new clients. When I called Heartland, they were kind and courteous to my situation and took the time to see my dog. I appreciate the staff greatly! I feel like they went above and beyond to accommodate us during a stressful situation and I am extremely grateful.

Absolutely NO stars will be given. I have taken all four of my dogs to this disgrace of a vet. After so many test and money spent they continually missed clear as day issues with my english bulldog. After having to take my dog to a new vet I found out that they blankly dismissed issues that were clear to see. My english bull dog at only two in a half years old is now having to be put down due to their negligence. Money hungry and uneducated is what this vet should be called.

The staff is very friendly, and was able to see my fur baby the same day making the appointment. Highly, highly, recommend this establishment!

We've been going to Heartland for years now. Recently my elderly cat had to be put to sleep and the staff were so sweet and understanding. They sent us a card and made the most amazing Paw print for us! Highly recommend!
