I took my toy poodle to get groomed, while I waited to get him checked in I overheard a conversation. The employee that was behind the counter telling the older woman with a small dog that she had to pay more because the dog was matted. This woman wanted to figure out how much it was going to cost her before she left the dog. She was told $30.00 for being matted plus the $70.00 for grooming fee ,the customer left and took her dog, I ended with the same situation this woman wanted to charge me the matted fee too. I been taking my dog for a while and was happy because it was reasonable, its suppose to be cheaper because they are students., I made some phone calls found a place immediately that only charge the grooming fee and they are not students.. I felt that American grooming is over c

Angela and her crew now only do professional work. They help our rescue with the worlds most dreadful animal cruelty cases. Fur that is layers and layers. It takes hours in end to get these poor souls in shape. When other groomers will not touch Angela get her hands into magic. She creates miracles out of wholehearted sadness. She does this job with such love and care. Your babies could not be in better hands. We can never thank you enough

They did a wonderful job with my baby Zeus. He's shy but they were able to groom him and make him smell and feel really soft and clean. They're very reasonably priced and being able to drop him off and come back later made it easy to fit into my work schedule. Feels like they really care about the animals they groom.

We have been going to this place for years and have always had excellent service! We recently took our senior dog to get her nails done and were so happy to have Talia take such good care of her! She was so patient and extra gentle making our dog so comfortable and at ease.

First time I took my large anxious dog here, very impressed they spent a lot of time with him and didn’t just give up like previous groomers have done! Thanks John for making Rex (Airedale terrier) feel cool for the summer!
