Amelia Island's Animal Resort and Lodge

First time boarding our fur babies. The staff was VERY professional and caring. Our dogs were happy and relaxed upon pick up. I Recommend them highly.

Our two dogs have stayed at Amelia Island Pet Resort several times -once for over a month-and I can honestly say it is the best boarding experience we’ve ever had for them. We live on a boat and travel all around so our dogs have stayed in numerous boarding facilities, so we speak from experience! Our one dog has a lot of anxiety and yet when we take him back to Amelia Island Pet Resort he is actually happy to see everyone there. This is not a normal reaction for him! Everyone there genuinely loves the dogs and it shows-thank you!!

Our 11 year old Roxy spent 3 weeks at the Resort - over Christmas - with arthritic back legs prone to injury. She welcomed us upon our return in her usual happy and energetic style. Roxy not only received 3 weeks of caring treatment but we noted all the instructions we left with her were carried out perfectly. We have found Dr. Jen and all her associates caring , competent and never over priced. They constantly look for the best quality care for the most affordable price.

I brought my friends dog to stay here while she was on a trip. They take great care in the receiving and lodging of your furry family member. The staff is very loving to your animal and even bathed her dog during the stay. The whole resort is set up very well. It is located off the main streets of the island, with plenty of land to walk your animal in quiet surroundings. There are lots of trees for a shade offering a cooler environment while outside. I highly recommend this place for a restful stay for your 🐕.
