We adopted a cat that had serious heath issues. Dr. Jennifer took the best of care for our Toby. We finally had to put him down yesterday, the worst day my husband and I had to experience, but were comforted by Dr. Jen and her staff. They had done all that could be done and we were able to go and be with him before he passed. He rallied when we went to the back to be with him. We were able to be with him holding his little head and touching him and he calmed down immediately. After he was gone Dr. Jennifer brought him back to the room for us to spend as much time as we wanted. He was such a special little boy and my husband and I loved him so much! I can’t say enough good things about the care my dog Bentley received today. From the moment we walked in, every member of the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Bentley came in for an assessment, and the team made the whole experience as smooth and reassuring as possible. They treated Bentley like their own and made sure we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s clear they truly love what they do. it's nice to find a locally owned vet who genuinely wants to help our pets - especially in a time where customer service by the big vet conglomerates seems to be non-existent and expensive.
