We called for a physical and shots for our pup and the staff was able to squeeze us in right before the holidays. They were professional and knowledgeable and patient with us as we asked all of our questions. They provided alternative treatments that fit our budget and that was a nice surprise and made us felt really cared for. Even more, they gave us samples which I think were really helpful. It allowed us to see how our pup would respond to their products. We really appreciate you and your staff and will be returning customers. Oh did I mention, our pup didn’t even whimper while getting those shots lol Me and my daughter were worried about that but Peper did just fine.

Every time I visit Ambassador Vet Animal Hospital with my two dogs the staff is always courteous, professional and respectful. They handle my pets tenderly and kind. The staff knows how to handle my misbehaving dogs who didn’t want to be there. Their staff knew exactly how to keep them under control with no issues. They received all their shots and meds with little to no issues. I love this place for my pets. And their office is very clean. My dogs are happy.

If I could give this office ten stars I would. We just moved from out of state. We have two Saint Bernard’s. One has an insanely long medical history and a lot of trauma when it comes to going into the vet. Our Saint Bernard could care less and is thrilled to be anywhere. The difficult one went in today. I stopped in a couple weeks ago, after we had moved here to get their medical records uploaded. Debbie at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was insanely friendly today, again. I also have called to talk to people a couple times since we moved here. The girl who I have spoken to on the phone every time has been nothing short of patient and very very helpful. Milo has to be sedated for blood work and shots or he will just jump around and wear everyone out around him before he tires

I really enjoy the convenience of the location. The veterinarian was very nice as well as the techs. They usually get me right in on time. It's also very quiet compared to my last vet. Which is a big plus because my dogs are usually very anxious. The Rates are higher than I'm used to paying. But that is not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend.

I stopped by the clinic today to drop off a dog for a neighbor. When I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. After waiting a moment, I was told to move to the back and that I would be checked in after everyone else, without any explanation or courtesy. I explained that I was only there briefly to drop off the dog, but was again told I would have to wait. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unwelcoming, and the overall tone came across as rude.
