They are amazing! I was cross country traveling with my cat and she was crying nonstop, she would not calm down, I called super short notice to see if they could squeeze me in, thankfully they did. They assessed her gave her medicine and she finally calmed down! We can finish the last 3 hour drive left without losing our minds and knowing our girl is healthy. They also were able to help clear our girl for air travel, they were timely and reliable. I would highly recommend this clinic, the service was excellent. Very understanding, hospitable, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m so glad we found them!

Ask for a ball park quote for spay and nueter (shots, medicine, vaccine, and worst case scenarios) for 40 to 50 lb dogs. The quotes they have me over the phone was180 for spay (80 more if pregnant) and 170 for nueter, I asked again is this pall park with everything and they said yes. I drove 100 miles to Amarillo and they ended up giving me a different quote with two healthy puppies of weight of 47lbs 550 to 900 for spay and 450 to 800 for nueter. They could have given me this ball park over the phone and I would have moved on but they instead did not.

The service I received wasn't the problem. My problem is I was in a panic due to new puppy having a hard time breathing. I was informed it would be $100 to just walk in door. Due to my panic, I agreed. Pulled in, parking lot empty, as was the lobby. I brought my puppy in and again they stated $100 just to walk in to see the vet. Puppy checked out and medicine given. Again lobby and parking lot empty. My issue is why do they take advantage of panicking people with high cost just to walk in the door? I wonder what it would cost if I had an appointment for my distressed puppy. They were not busy at all, employees pretty much sitting around. Why do vets take advantage of people with emergencies? Because of this, I'm not sure I even want to take my puppy back to them. Maybe I could have underst

I love going to this vet . The people so are so nice but the person who’s running the front is very rude . Dec 19 at 1:00 I called and at the end of the phone call it was all “okay bye “ and hung up . I understand they didn’t have an appointment available for me for the time I needed it but why hang up like that ?

Walked in 15 minutes early prior to scheduled appointment time, and after an hour of waiting my cat never received assistance. As soon as I walked in the foul smell of pet urine was so strong it took my breath away. Still I waited patiently after completing paperwork, and there was also a dog in the waiting area barking loud, scaring another dog so bad it started shaking. Since I waited here for an hour all the barking put my cat into distress when all I wanted to do was get her help.😞 30 minutes past the appointment time I politely asked how much longer the wait would be, and I wasn’t given a time range due to there being a surgery going on longer than expected. Also there were nats everywhere.
