Vanessa is AMAZING with her clients - both animal and human. I had a particularly prickly Shih Tzu who couldn’t handle being around other dogs and didn’t like being bathed, groomed or dried. Within a few weeks with Vanessa, Fozzie was a different dog. He actually LOVED seeing her. We were regular customers for years, until they moved. Highly highly recommend. Miss her terribly. I cannot recommend Vanessa enough! We have a senior pup who has cancer and a few other health issues. Because of this, we could no longer bring him to his groomer. We needed to find someone who works with one pet at a time in a safe and clean environment, and would understand the special care our little guy requires. Vanessa, before our appointment, communicated clearly and thoroughly. She shared her philosophy and approach to working with dogs that require special care. This greatly put us at ease. She took her time, gave him the rest he needed, and made him feel comfortable. His haircut looks amazing and we could not be any happier! Her attention to detail and care for him are top notch. Vanessa is the kindest, most patient person I know and I was lucky enough to have her take care of 2 of my dogs. Not only did she provide an amazing haircut, but was gentle and caring towards my dogs who were rescues. My dogs usually hate the grooming process and always got so nervous at other places, but Vanessa made it so seamless by providing comfort during the entire process and the dogs loved her. Her skills were especially superior during the senior stages where they needed more time and comfort. Her techniques are great and she always treats every dog with TLC, hence the name!!!

My dog only knew Vanessa. He recently passed away at the age of 15. She took such good care of him. She gave him total love when she groomed him. She always gave me a report after! There’s no one better than Vanessa—our groomer & dear friend.

The absolute best! She’s been grooming my doggies for over 8 years with the best care ever. Even my vet compliments her on making sure their ears are well taken care of. Would not use anyone else. And of course the doggies love her too!
