I have been using Sandy as our dog walker since 2018 and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her business. They go above and beyond and truly treat your dogs like family. My two labs absolutely adore them. When I am away I never have to worry about them because I know Sandy well take amazing care of them. Sandy is 100% reliable and always responsive! She gives updates everytime she sees the pups. You will not go wrong choosing her for your pet care needs!

Sandy is great! She walked my dog daily for 10+ years. Very warm, friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. Most importantly, she is very knowledgeable about dogs and cats. She has helped we with suggestions many times. She has helped with giving pills as well. My dog loved her! I have used other dog walking services before and they were fine but Sandy adds that extra touch that makes you feel like she cares as much about your pet as you do.

Sandy Hayward of Alternative Pet Care MD is absolutely amazing! She has been taking care of our dog for many years now and we love her! Alternative Pet Care MD is truly a five star pet service. Sandy shows great concern and care for our dogs. The pet care is trustworthy, convenient and professional which makes it easier for us to leave our pets. Sandy sends us daily pictures of the status of each of our dogs. Tahoe, Axel and Hilton love Sandy and do a little happy dance when they see her. Alternative Pet Care MD also did a great job caring for our elderly dog meeting his medical/special needs. Sandy has been an absolute blessing and we don’t know what we would do without her.
