This review is mixed: 1)The vet and vet tech were great - they got my animal checked out and back on track. The vet's explanation about the consequences of a protein heavy/grain-free diet for my animal was helpful and appreciated. The animals are happily eating their grains now too, doc, thank you! 2)The customer service side of any business can be make or break, especially for small businesses. After reading other reviews on here and considering my own experience with their non-vet/non-tech staff, here's a bit of constructive feedback to the folks answering the phones and checking folks in and out: if you tell a customer you're going to do something, please do it. Whether it be calling the RX in to the pharmacy or calling a customer back at a later date. Maybe if you put yourself o
EDIT: The office manager just called FROM HER PERSONAL PHONE to yell at me and tell me I was wrong about who I saw when my cat came to this clinic previously. Absolute nutter. I don't know what's in the water or what but these people in this office are not ok. ----- My two prior experiences with this vet were fine. But today I called to schedule another appointment because my pet needs a prescription ointment -- and "Mike" the new guy is AWFUL! He got the name of my pet wrong, he thought we were new despite me telling him multiple times we were returning patients -- and he kept blaming the phone and me?? Bro actually started yelling at me because he kept making mistakes -- and hung up on me without finalizing our appointment.
The vet was very attentive and thorough and also made me aware of how important grains are in a dog’s diet. The front desk clerk and assistant were kind and appreciative of my patience since I had been waiting for 2.5 hours to be seen (I was an emergency walk in for what I’m guessing was a bladder infection). I say I am guessing about the infection because I never received results from the urine test I paid $115 for. I understand the vet is the only one available to a large area and is very busy, but I had to call three times to ask about the test results and still have nothing. Now, I am about to call for a second time to ask about a refund for the test. It is not good business to treat people this way, no matter how busy one is. It’s been three weeks, and I still don’t know what was wron
Dr Grace and staff are amazing, we have been clients for 18 years. Once again due to quick actions and amazing care Dr Grace saved our old baby girl Honey. We are eternally grateful for her care, dedication and throroughness. Over the years all my animals have only received the BEST care from Dr Grace. What a Blessing to have her to take care of my fur-babies.
This was the worst vet I have ever seen. She was almost robotic and my dog was scared enough as it was. No compassion at all. Gave me a huge speech about the type of dog food I was feeding my dog and basically said I was killing her when I asked her about recommending a good dog food to me.. I do not skimp on price when it comes to my dogs. She did the overall exam and when I asked her about the lesion on her cheek that I wasn’t sure was a hot spot or ring worn she glanced at it didn’t look Close at it at all . Said she had stag and told me there would be an estimate in a few minutes. Sent her tech back in who was very sweet but not very good and had her shave my dogs face and didn’t even come back in to see what it looked like when all the hair was removed. She just prescribed her me
