The vet hours ans assistance to my sweet 16 girl Jaimiedog was great. Dr. Rodriquez or maybe Rios I believe she was petite and very friendly. We used them as an emergency vet. The night my best friend was ill she was there and I knew it was time to help my pup leave the pain behind. It was around 9 pm During the process it was explained and no way would I have ever been prepared. This was July 14th 2023. I appreciated the vet. The girls upfront but as my pups leaving world hearing the profanity of the staff joke about something still bothers me. When they hears my natural cried tears as I held my pup and felt her leave this world the stars quietly Redirected themselves and really where kind. I gave them 3 stars because if the vet wasn't so supportive an already horrible purpose would have

If you love your animal, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE! This teaching vet hospital carries unexperienced Vet’s who have absolutely no bedside manor after they take the life of your beloved fur baby. They lied about doing a sonogram the day my dog was brought here to find an obstruction in his intestines. The next day I get a call that they are going to do surgery after finally discovering material he ingested. A couple hours later the young vet explains my dog is in cardiac arrest and provides excuses rather than what actually happened. As I scramble to get there as quickly as humanly possible, I receive the bad news that my best friend didn’t make it, then proceeds to bring in a pamphlet and sales pitch as to how I would deal with his remains. Evidence suggesting this place places your beloved pet in further peril. Tumor removed from middle of our cat's throat...6 month checkup and owner Veternarian said, "Oh, look, it's growing back aggressively" as he pointed to both sides of interior of mouth where there was never a tumor previously, nor the location of where he first removed the tumor. Also met a man who's pet suffered horribly at the hands of same vet...he kept asking if he should put his dog out of misery.. never received an answer, only after sucking $3,000 worth of tests and surgeries months later, they finally sent him home to keep pet "comfortable" until he passed, without any pain management or mercy.

They were very kind and took me seriously when I thought there was something very wrong with my cat. Also, the inside itself was gorgeous.
