Aloha Animal Hospital

We have NEVER had a better experience with a vet since moving to Hanover. We have tried many here, but Aloha is the best. Front desk staff are professional, courteous, flexible, friendly and real. There are no pre-madonnas at Aloha; just staff and vets who love animals and want the best for you and your pet.

First of all I asked for the vet to call me not one of his girls, so I talked to Dottie the office manager and she told me if I didn’t like it that I could go elsewhere.. so that’s what I’ll do… I was told by the veterinarian that I should wait to neuter my Yorkie at least nine months old .., well I had him completely trained to go on his pee pad but in the last 2 weeks he started peeing all over my house. I can take him to the SPCA to get neutered for $215 and yet they want to charge me 600 to 800 to neuter my puppy who is 5 pounds.. not impressed with how your treated there and they are all about the money not the animal.. GO elsewhere.. Dottie shouldn’t be office manager she’s very rude..

I was recommended to Aloha by a friend and I am so happy with the service my kitties have been provided with. All of the staff I have interacted with have been so kind, patient and helpful. Dr. Freese explains things in a way that makes it easier to understand and always offers extra time for more questions and concerns, I appreciate that so much. I have cried twice during appointments with my one cat Sunny, and I am always met with such compassion and empathy, that means the world to me. They have treated me and my kitties so well and I will continue to recommend Aloha to others inquiring about veterinary services.

Always professional, patient, kind and loving to my furbaby (and me) Whether it’s a regular check up, urgent issue or surgery. JD (Dr. Freeze) is always available, cares about his patients and their humans and does Great work!

I called to schedule a humane euthanasia, I was told it had to be that day or I would have to wait until April! It was inhumane to be treated like this. We ended up going to the Mason Dixon clinic that cost less than Aloha. So a regular vet is charging emergency clinic fees and that isn't right. What happened to the vet and staff actually caring about the well being of animals. To me it seems they are more concerned about filling their pockets with MONEY! They do not consider how you feel. I am so disappointed
