Allpets at Pickerington

My dogs were treated fine but the staff is dismissive and unwelcoming to the paying customer. My dogs were boarded here and I appreciate the daily pics to check their progress. At the end, a short piece of paper was put in a bag that noted their stay. There was no interaction with us, the paying customers, nor did they have much to say in the way of updates or information on our pet's stay for the over $1,000 we spent. Staff is turse and treated us as incidental.The location is convenient , however, I think we will choose a more welcoming option next time. The staff could use an inservice in customer service. We pay for smiles as well as service!

I absolutely love Allpets! We take our 3 dogs and have always been met with professional caring staff members! The office, wait room and patient rooms are always clean. We've never had a long wait time, and I love that the doctor herself calls to check on our pets after treatment. Dr. Tatiana Garzon is just a wonderful vet and the technicians are caring, kind and very informative!

This vet has a lot of medical expertise and has solved problems with my cats that another vet was too slow to act on. They helped give one of my cats live an additional six months when he was in kidney failure. I wonder if he would have started here, maybe his issues would have been addressed earlier and perhaps he would have never gotten to the point of kidney failure at all. I trust them with my furry loved ones.

My guinea pig passed away suddenly. I was on my way there and the receptionist helped me with directions and helped me as soon as I got there. It was confirmed that my Spot passed on and they gave me clay prints of his paws. They were absolutely amazing and helped me and my family in my time of need!! I will forever remember their support and respect. Thank you so much!!! Update: Although they were super nice when my guinea pig passed away. After he was held there for 4-5 days while my family figured out burial. The things that we sent him in was stripped from his body and thrown away. My sister hand made him a blanket and wrapped him up in a box when we came to pick him up they stated that the “threw it away” and his body was flat and proceeded as if some kind of manipulation was done. T

My dog has crazy anxiety when it comes to getting his nails trimmed! AllPets did such a great job with my dog. Although he was to worked up for them to finish the trim. They gave me great advice moving forward to help ease his anxiety for next time. The staff was great, they really cared. Our dog is family to us, and I appreciate how much they cared and gave me awesome advice for moving forward!
