Allison took the time to learn my dog’s personality, behaviors, and triggers so she could help me to train him out of his undesirable patterns. Now I can communicate with him and even keep the curtains open because he doesn’t bark excessively and I know how to focus him if he gets overstimulated. He’s a great dog. Allison saw that from the start and worked with him and me to create a more peaceful life for us. I’d recommend her over and over.

We got a 3 year old dog from a breeder, where she had lived in a kennel and had never been in a house. Allison was immeasurably helpful in helping with her leash walking skills and getting her exposure to outside noises and other distractions so she can learn to walk easily when we are at our apartment in NYC. Allison is knowledgeable, patient, and has great training ideas.

We had a great experience with Allison! We rescued a dog that needed some intense training, and Allison met Wesley’s needs as well as our needs and was willing to work with us and him in whatever way possible to make it successful for us. He has made great strides over the last 8 months!

Working with Allison has been a delight! We started working with her as new residents of Litchfield county after adopting our second puppy, a rescue from a relatively unknown background. She has been incredible with both our pups - from basic skills, to more complex behavioral issues, we’ve seen a vast improvement in only a short time. She is warm, reliable, respectful, effective and the puppies love seeing her! Can’t recommend her enough!
