Outstanding! Compassionate! Truthful! Dr. Schuster cared for our Standard Dachshund, Schatzi on Sunday night when we returned her to your clinic due to worsening of her condition. She had swallowed a peach pit while taking a walk and it was launched in her stomach near the outlet to her intestines. The next morning, Dr Schuster called us with a update on our dog's condition and gave us 3-4 options for the next step of care. We made the decision to have surgery at Allied. Dr Schuster had her team ready to go with Dr. Rabe assisting. That quick action and her dedication to stay beyond her shift was the beginning of Shatzi's recovery...the concerted efforts of ALL your staff for Fri-Mon Provided the perfect environment in care for her to begin her healing. Amazing! I was so happy with the dr that provided care for my dog Louie. I had brought my 1 year old Pitty/bully mix in due to him having a seizure. His mom passed away in November from the same thing. The dr was helpful and definitely made us feel better about what we could or couldn't do for him. I wish she worked at a regular vet I'd take him to her every time! I can't remember the drs name that was there that night. It was a female with brown hair. She was AMAZING! I will DEFINITELY only go to Allied for ER visits for my animals! As I previously had a TERRIBLE experience at another ER vet that only cared about the money and not my dog. All the help the dr gave me and it didn't cost me an arm n a leg & made me at ease about my baby.

My cat Jude had a medical emergency that required an immediate procedure. Thankfully, he improved and is feeling so much better. If not for your amazing staff, Jude would no longer be with us. I felt the care and compassion your entire staff gave Jude and myself were exceptional. You saved his life! The entire staff that day was amazing. From the reception area, to the vet tech, to the doctor. Your kindness, empathy, and clear passion to help your animal clients and their owners. My dad is dying of a rare brain infection and my emotions were incredibly high that day. You guys are angels on earth. I cant thank you enough. Jude and my dad shown in the photos. My dog gets pancreatitis and has had it several times in her life. I brought her in in October because she was puking so much at home in the middle of the night. They helped get her to stop so I could bring her home and see her normal vet in the morning. Fast forward to right after Christmas she was showing signs of pancreatitis again and I brought her to her normal vet. Later that night she was not doing well so I brought her in to Allied. They helped her that night too and we left. I had to bring her back again because my normal vet was closed for 2 days for the new year. They are very understanding and very worried for my dog they gave me different quotes on different options that they could do. The second time they even cut the appointment fee in half for me because I was there 2 nigh

We arrived in the middle of the night with a critically injured pup due to a wild animal attack, from the moment we arrived we were treated with compassion, care, and urgency. Cooper was treated by Dr Isla, and we were VERY impressed with his bedside manner, honesty, and expertise. He definitely saved our beloved fur baby, which we are forever grateful for! Then the next day when we needed to transfer Cooper to a specialist team, Dr Isla extended his shift so he could handle the transfer and text us to make sure all went ok.
