Allied Veterinary Emergency Hospital

We took our dog to Allied to be monitored after a splenectomy. She was in bad shape. We were seen right away. They made us feel at ease and they took excellent care of her. We received many updates on her condition as well. The doctors and vet tech were very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Allied!

Certainly not my first visit and likely not my last! My girls don't waste time getting sick or hurt during regular business hours at our local vet. Instead they like to hold it all in for a visit with their friends at Allied on the weekend 🤦 Thankfully everyone at Allied is is so kind and thoughtful. Today, Shaun was our super star! He was very helpful, gave me a lot of good information, and Lily was in love with him 🥰 These folks are great! Thank you for all you do and for always being there for us!

Dr. P was an excellent vet, so that has nothing to do with my review. Her care for my girl was clear and well done. This review is 1 star due to the attitude, disinterest, and dismissive behaviors of the front desk team overnight on 1/13/26. Specifically from Monica. Not only was she cold and rude, she would not even look you in the eye as you spoke. Even speaking to concerned customers on the phone, did not care. I even addressed this with her as I stood there crying over my 11 year old pup being treated in the back, to which she dismissed me again. Not to even mention her concern with being able to enjoy her shift with her AirPod tucked securely in her left ear. This is beyond not appropriate in a highly emotional EMERGENCY VET setting. Endless gratitude and appreciation I have for the whole team at Allied! I brought my male cat, Ezra, in for a presumed urinary obstruction. He had to be hospitalized for 3 days, to include surgery for removal of 6 bladder stones. It was a terrifying and highly emotional experience with the critical nature of this emergency - the team at Allied not only saved his life, but did so with kindness, compassion, and consistent dedication. Dr. Smith was our primary doctor and she showed up with the most thorough, thoughtful, and sincere efforts to save his life. She communicated every step of the way and was so kind and patient with my many questions. I cannot express enough thanks to all of the wonderful staff members here at Allied, from the receptionists, to the techs, to the veterinarians. I have all the gratitude in the world for these amazing people who care for our animals. They have given Mustang and Sally excellent care.
