Had a tragic emergency involving my cat this week. I rushed in and was able to have my cat, Chester, seen immediately. Even with a sad outcome I was met with compassion and empathy the entire time. Thank you for the kindness and compassion!

I took my dog to the them when he was 6 weeks old, he had parvo, he stayed 2 nights, they took wonderful care of him, he is now 2 years old, 100 lb lap dog, and he's feeling his oats. Kelly is extremely patient and so good with animals even when he was acting out because he was scared. Awesome place, awesome staff.

I am out of town and needed a vet for my fur baby and they were able to get me in the same day and took great care of my baby. Great staff as well. My fur baby doesn't like other dogs so I mentioned it to them that I would sit in car with him and if they could call me when ready. They actually came out the side door to get him and took him in so he didn't see any of the other animals there. I can't say it enough the Dr and her staff are awesome people

I unfortunately had to have my dog euthanized because of cancer. The day she was scheduled we showed up on time and waited over an hour past our appt, then after my dog was taken back the vet comes to get us with a huge smile on her face, first red flag, second she didn't even have the sense to remove my dogs harness i had to remove it myself before the procedure began, second red flag! The vet here is very very unprofessional! To add insult to injury when we recieved the diagnosis for my dog she delivered the news to us in a room full of people, I'm in tears and so was my husband, she was our family dog who was greatly loved and in the end she was treated with little to no respect! If you care and love your animals go somewhere else!

I can understand waiting for a vet appointment but almost an hour and seeing 5 other animals being taken back five minutes after they walked through the door was extremely frustrating. They have a sign on the wall specifying the order that they see animals in: emergencies, appointments, and then walk-ins. I had an appointment. The receptionist assured me twice that she was going to let them know we were there for her appointment and yet it took almost an hour for my dog to be seen. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because when they finally did take her back, they were quick and my dog did well (she hates her nails being clipped).
