The vet tech and vet were both amazing! They took the time to answer all of our questions. You could also tell they really love cats. It was great to have someone examine our pet that loves them as much as we do. It made me feel like we made the right choice entrusting our pet’s care with this practice!

I lived in the North hills 20 years ago and used Allegheny Noth Vet for my dog then. We moved away and returned last year. I asked for referrals for my current dog and was pleased everyone still recommended Allegheny North Veterinary Hospital. We've been 4 times. The vets and techs have all been amazing with my big old guy. And the prices are reasonable.

My dog was a new patient at this office, and I had a great experience from the moment I walked in until I left. Everyone was incredibly friendly and efficient. Dr. McCarty went above and beyond for my Grootie. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, recommending exactly what was needed. She even provided informational packets on our issue to take home. Dr. McCarty and April were amazing at keeping my anxiety prone dog comfortable and relaxed throughout the visit.

My two senior dogs have had major health problems since moving to Pittsburgh last year. All the staff are caring, kind, and trustworthy. I cannot give enough positive praise to Dr. Natalie. She treated my dogs like her own; her love of animals really shines through. She stays up to date on the science/research in the field, and is very thorough explaining possible causes and treatment avenues. Thank you to Dr. Natalie and the ANVH staff for caring for my dogs and providing the best care.

In all of my years living in this area, I have NEVER had reason NOT to trust the staff at ANVH. The front desk crew are always friendly. The tech are outstanding in the handling of my dogs, and the Doctors are second to no one.
