We adopted our new Buddy. The people at the shelter area amazing! Adopted not shopped

If it was possible to give no stars I would, my girlfriend drove 2 hours for a dog who we were told was trained but definitely wasn't. Then when we went to return him and they didn't give us the collar and dog license back, but said they would send it but they only sent the dog license. It seems kinda small but that and the way they treated us when we brought him back was completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this shelter to ANYONE! They need to work on their people skills and professionalism.

We adopted Moss just over 3 weeks ago renamed him Charlie. He was 9 weeks old when we brought him home and in the 3 weeks I can't even say it was accidents but he's only pottied and pooped in the house three times never expected a puppy like this from a shelter. was almost potty trained when we brought him home. The staff is excellent and really care about the animals that they have there up for adoption would recommend to all my friends and family

I found the sweetest cat today on the side of the road. It looked like a chuck of snow that would have fallen from a car. I almost hit it since it was balled up on the white line. It was crying when I picked it up. We took it to my friends and grabbed a box to put it in and a can of tuna since it was clearly lacking food. When I brought it to the shelter the front receptionist was so rude. She even made the comment “convenient you had a can of tuna with you”! Are you serious? I reminded her that I found this guy when I was heading to my friends house. She luckily had a can of tuna that her grandfather left there before he died and had a diaper box for me to keep it in while we brought him to people who say it’s there missionary to help animals. We had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very kind and helpful and our pup’s adoption was very thorough and smooth. You can tell they really care about the animals they care for!
