AllDogs Canine Care Center

Our first time using All Dogs for any service. From the first phone conversation to taking Sylus and Salem in for a grooming service. The entire staff was both extremely friendly and professional in every aspect, exceeded expectations. Not only did our fur babies look amazing when arrived to pick them up from their grooming service. The fur babies seem very happy and apparently enjoyed the visit and short stay at All Dogs. Not very often do you enter an establishment and feel welcomed and the staff’s creates a friendly and professional environment. All Dogs and the staff have won a new regular customer. Took Dog to be groomed and bathed. Wife spoke to groomer in person. Groomer did not make notes. It’s winter. Dog given back with a summer cut. I called. They looked and saw notes saying what cut we asked the groomer in person for. The cut was good- just too short by a long shot and not what was discussed at time of drop off. Dog went from happy to cold all the time. Good thing he looks great in a hoodie. Mistakes happen, the cut was good for a cut- just the wrong cut. Lesson: make them write everything you want down while you are standing there. We will go back, but we will make sure the notes are right. Here are the pre/post pics. Ain’t he adorable?!

I would definitely recommend All Dogs to anyone looking for a place that has amazing staff that always keep you completely informed about your dog. All dogs went the extra mile with my pup playing with him and treating him just like their own. They made sure that I had access to the “pup cams” security video feeds that show the up to date footage of your dog playing with other dogs. Which is a big positive because my lil boy loves to socialize and they choose play groups by size and temperament. Since discovering All Dogs there is no place else I’d take my sweet pup.

Literally the best experience! I was so nervous leaving my dogs while I went to visit family, but they were in such good hands. The whole team was awesome and kept them so happy. Also, a huge thanks to Kristen! She was so friendly when I bothered her with a quick question. It’s such a relief knowing your pups are actually being looked after by people who care. 10/10 recommend, I’ll definitely be back! 🐾

Snowbelle loves going to ‘school’ at AllDogs! We appreciate the love and attention they give her whether she’s there for the day, a stay, or a spa day! 🐶❤️
