All Valley Animal Resort

, I was worried because of some of the previous reviews. I’m probably being paranoid but I’ll let you know after I pick them up 🙏🏻 and update After my dogs staying 6 days I am so pleased with the service. I was updated every day with cute photos, care giver was very nice and played with the dogs. Had live video to check on them. Would definitely use this facility again!!

I have used multiple boarding facilities over the years, and All Valley Animal Resort has been the least professional by a wide margin. I left clear written feeding instructions for my dogs, and they still failed to follow them. One of my dogs was allowed to eat the other’s meal, which is exactly what I was trying to prevent. Communication was just as bad. They did not answer multiple phone calls or voicemails. My wife asked if they could send pictures and they agreed, yet we received absolutely nothing for the entire week. When you are paying to have your pets cared for, silence like that is unacceptable. I provided my dog’s prescription medication along with pill pockets that I had to purchase myself. They were charging me $8 per day to administer the medication, yet at the end of the

Can't begin to tell you what a help these girls are when trust and care is needed for your other family members. Teri and staff treat yours like theirs and they've made their service a regular part of our planning now.

Luke has stayed here four times, and there is no better place for him when we're traveling. We always know that he will be cared for in a clean, safe environment.

I can not recommend this place enough. Very nice staff and facility. You can tell that Teri the manager really cares about the animals and their stay. Great option for when you need to leave your babies!
