All Valley Animal Care Center

We had an emergency when our dog decided to get into chocolate cake. Not only did he eat an entire half of cake, he didn’t even save me a slice. We visited All Valley in the middle of the night and were promptly helped. We called before arriving and staff were friendly when checking in. Out of all the 24 hour veterinarians we called in the area, this was the only one that had us consult with a vet about the cocoa powder content in the cake before recommending we make an emergent visit. Our vet was easy to talk to and walked us through the next steps of getting the chocolate out of the dog’s system. Our dog made a fast and full recovery without issue. I’m very pleased with how this was handled and appreciated the staff here. 10/10 recommend

We timed our visit well. There was no wait. Our baby was diagnosed and we learned our options in a compassionate setting. We will continue to visit All Valley for our emergency needs.

This place was wonderful. They took excellent care of my puppy and provided such attentive, loving treatment during her time there. I would highly recommend this facility. Everything was explained clearly, all of my questions were answered, and I felt complete peace of mind. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient, and it truly felt like a place I would trust with my puppy again. Every staff member I interacted with was amazing, and I’m so grateful knowing my pet was in such good hands.

We recently had to put our 16 year old dog down and the staff at All Valley Animal Care could not have been more compassionate and sympathetic during the difficult process. My kids wanted to come to the hospital to say goodbye and Dr. Bonce was so helpful, patiently taking time to explain everything to them in a comforting way. They gave us all the time we needed and allowed us to say goodbye in a calm and comfortable environment. Dr. Bonce is new to Idaho and we are lucky to have him in the community, his care and dedication to animals is first-class. Thank you to Dr. Bonce and all of the staff at All Valley Animal Care!

Had an emergency visit for our dog peaches who was bloated, heaving, nauseated, and vomiting, They were able to treat her and send her home with some probiotics to help alleviate the stomach issues
