We absolutely love Angie! I've taken both of my dogs through training with her multiple times now. They respond great to her and do a great job at home. Our main goal has always been loose leash walking and recall. I will say recall is still a struggle (definitely not as bad as it was originally) but that's on us for not doing our homework like we should! But we've still noticed a difference regardless. Bean and Blue love D.O.G and of course Angie.
Been through puppy training and now a part of their DOG Club. Trainers are great to us and our dog. I'm new to dog training and never knew how important it is for me and our dog until we started going with this new puppy. Our dog is growing into a very well behaved dog and planning to continue the training.
We took our new pup last year to the 5 week course. It is great for basic commands. It is in a classroom setting the trainer was very knowledgeable and patient. We have recently adopted another rescue and are enrolled to start next week.
I’m extremely disappointed by the training and the amount of money I spent. For a $1,200 program that was supposed to be “complete behavior and manners training,” I expected a clear plan, set goals, and trainers who came prepared. What I got was far from that. Here’s the cost breakdown: $50 for a required “Dog 101” class (for a dog I was already having reactivity issues with). $185 for an initial consultation that lasted about 45 minutes. All we really did was walk my dog around the office and outside so the trainer could “assess” her. That consult ended up costing more than any actual training session, which was hard to believe. Then I made the mistake of paying $995 up front for eight sessions—without realizing each session was only 30–45 minutes long. The sessions had no structure and
Meet Biscuit. Adorable demon turned best dog ever! She captured a rabbit today - came when called x2 and voluntarily gave up the rabbit she caught because we told her to leave it. She knows so many commands and it makes taking her places so much more enjoyable. I 10/10 recommend obedience 101 because it completely transformed my Demon Baby into a great dog. While she may still run out the front door, I know training is a long term process and she's making great progress and I'm so grateful for all the tools we learned together at DOG
