All Tails Vet Jonesborough

I cant say enough good things about all tails. They have walk in appts, their prices are great and they've very good to all my animals. My dog ruka goes weekly for cold lazer therapy for her arthritis and its made such a difference. All the stuff are sweet and understanding and they go over everything with you including prices. I wouldn't bring my animals anywhere else

They did an amazing job on our boy Cassius! He desperately needed a dental and is our newest rescue. He does not like to be restrained and they were able to work with us while also respecting his boundaries! Cannot thank them enough!

I dont recommend this location. (The Johnson City location was great) I was referred to them by the JC location because my cat had one of her fangs coming out. I had went in and I was told she would need to have a yearly regular exam. I was fine with that. They took her into another room and a few minutes later, I heard a cat scream. About 30 seconds later the doctor comes in with my cats tooth and said it was loose and wiggly that they decided to go ahead and pull it. They did not discuss ANY of this with me before pulling her tooth without anesthesia. I assumed they were doing the exam because thats all we had talked about prior to the vet assistant taking her from the room. I assumed we would talk about her tooth and run through options after they did her exam. I had to hear my cat scre

Took my 2 cats in for a checkup. Was told by the Johnson City location that it will take 40 minutes and they said that I would need to go to the Jonesborough location. The exam for both of my cats took 9 minutes! And they both received rabies shots. They didn't even look at my cats eye, talk to me about my cats coughing/choking, check his urine for possible infection. I feel like all they did was take my cats into another room give them a shot and returned them to me. I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY CATS BACK TO ALL TAILS VET IN JONESBOROUGH! They did not receive the care I took them there in the first place for.

It’s a great option to have a location that offers appointments! Sometimes my little dog can get stressed, but she always does so much better at this location. I definitely recommend this place, if you want to become a client at this clinic!
