All Star Pet Resort

My cat Horus always feels safe and secure when I leave him at All Star Pet Resort. I love that I can check in on him through the cameras, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive. When I travel, I feel completely at ease knowing he’s in good hands. The cattery has also been getting a nice facelift, which is a great bonus. It’s a reliable, trustworthy place for boarding.

We had a health emergency. Our German Shepherd is a very anxious aggressive dog. Not good with people or other animals. Has never been in a Kennel. We took him for a meeting. The staff was wonderful. After 2 hours we picked him up. And they agreed to board him for us for a week. What a blessing. He did great with them. I can't say enough about the staff. They sent us updates on him and gave us peace of mind. We will finally be able to go away for a weekend. Thank you ALL STAR.

They’ve taken great care of my German Shepherd, Louise over the years. Offering every service under the sun and treating my dog very well. She can play with other dogs, I know she’s secure, I can see her on camera, she can get a bath before I pick her up, and the facility and staff is unmatched from all others I’ve explored in the area. It’s really about the same pricing as having anyone from Rover watch my dog while I’m away. Thank you for taking care of her!

This was my 1st time boarding my boy and thankfully he was with his friend who is a rescue. They both came home with kennel cough, which they still are suffering from a week later, and my boy came home very depressed and uneasy. He's usually the life of any party and very social while being happy and independent as well. Makes sense though since hes been with me since 10 weeks old. They did not give him his 3 hip and join vitamins a day as they said they would which was frustrating. He has very long legs and suffers from pain occasionally. Glad I packed them individually so I could atleast tell they didn't. I guess I treat my dog like a child or atleast a bestfriend, so I expect enthusiasm and a genuine demeanor when leaving him in the hands of "trained professionals" I felt the staff was

I went to go check out the resort and I brought my Two dogs to go check it out and the GM Michelle brought me out to the play area and it was huge. She told me in the summertime she’s gonna have a little doggy pool party so I’m very interested in doing that with my puppies. I definitely will be bringing my dogs there for doggy daycare because Michelle was very informative and very nice And she knows what she is talking about. I will recommend this pet resort to my family and friends..
