All Pets Veterinary Clinic

We recently transferred to All Pets after our long-time vet moved on. We have two senior pups. We were very nervous about changing after 10 plus years with our previous vet. The transition was a relief after trying out another vet prior. We recently lost one of our sweet little girls. The staff was kind, and prompt with our needs. Most notably, Debbie. I can not thank her and the rest enough for softening the heartache.

Over the years our cats have received excellent care from All Pets in Macomb, from kitten-hood to end of life. The doctors there always take time to listen and discuss options, make sure we understand what's going on. Office and clinical staff are professional and caring. Right now we have five rescues and couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else for care.

We’ve gone to All Pets since 2006 when we moved here from Michigan. We have cats and we have always gotten five star service from Dr Blakely and Dr Ester; from all the staff but especially Debbie. I was just there Thursday 10/23/25 and l listened to Deb calm the concerns of an elderly woman who had just adopted a kitten from the shelter. She has also done that for me more than once when l have a concern she often has the answer with just a phone call. She is a valuable asset to the office and I’m always happy when she answers my phone calls. Without reservation l recommend All Pets as the place to have your pets cared for!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

The office manager is so mean she yelled at me because I have a bill from 2008 for 300$. I have never been yelled at by a vet clinic and think that is very unprofessional. She only treated me like this because I am poor and that also is not right. I will also be contacting better business bureau. Not sure what else I can do at this point because I know that is not right to teat someone like that

this is the worst vet clinic in macomb il. I had a verbal agreement twice before bringing in a stray that was covered in wounds and oil from the city's street project. they told me I did not have to pay today. they locked me and my 2 year old in a room for 3 hours after the exam until they got $200 from me. I offered to leave the cat and pay the boarding fees when I was payed Friday and they refused because it wasn't vaccinated, I offered to pay for the vaccines and they said "we can't do that ontop of the antibiotics". I kept telling them that my 2 year old was hungry and crying and needed a diaper change. they threw a panflit at me for a payment plan that wouldn't be approved for 7 days and started screaming at me. then held us against our will. my mother had to call and put a card on fi
