DVM Reimer is the best. He’s is the only vet who went the distance to heal my desert tortoise! Poor guy was sick with bacteria that even surprised Dr Reimer. But he healed him enough so he could hibernate! The staff is great. They all care deeply for pets! Great hospital!!

I previously posted a review which I have deleted. Time has passed and things are getting better. The problems that I was having with my parrot were difficult. At the time I felt like I was not getting the help I needed. It was a 24/7 constant situation, never being to leave my parrot alone. It was very frustrating and it left me feeling hopeless. I’m glad to say my baby is getting better and I couldn’t have done it without Dr. Shinkle and the staff. With all our animals it is hard when they are sick. Parrots seem to have such a strong will instead of letting you help them they decide what to do what’s best for them which isn’t the right thing. I've been bringing my exotics to Dr Reimer for years and recently visited Dr Shinkle with a bunny as well. Let me preface this by saying I've visited a lot of vets over the years, and have worked for/with about a dozen. Dr's Reimer and Shinkle absolutely know what they are doing. They will take time to explain things, they are extremely reasonably priced, and when I'm in a time pinch and can't wait long for help, they fit me in. I will continue making the 45 minute drive to All Pets for as long as I have exotics.

Update July 2023: I continue to be unendingly grateful to Dr. Imada and everyone on hand at All Pets. I bother them constantly with every question in the world, and they are always so sweet and compassionate and kind to me and Millie. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank you, All Pets. ------ Very sweet and caring staff. Dr. Imada is kind and gentle and takes the time to personally come out to the car and explain everything. Good advice and fair prices. I can tell how much they care about my girl.
