I wish I could give this facility and doctor less than one star. My family and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize our 17-year-old dog, and we chose All Paws Veterinary Hospital—unfortunately, it was the worst decision we could have made. The vet was completely unprofessional, unethical, and showed a complete lack of basic bedside manners. He gave our dog an injection in the waiting room and then told us he would take our dog to the back to be put down. When we asked to be with our dog during his final moments, he dismissed our request without any compassion. While administering the first injection, the vet asked if we were interested in getting a new dog, even mentioning that he had some Yorkies available. Dr. Kass is usually rude and inconsiderate. He has very poor people skills and doesn't seem to understand how attached people are to their pets, which seems strange for a vet. If you prefer a vet with empathy, you are better served elsewhere.

I had a very upsetting experience with this vet. After calling to explain that my cat needed a stitch, the vet was completely disrespectful and dismissive. He actually told me he “wouldn’t touch my cat with a 10-foot pole.” I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and compassion. As a pet owner, I expect honesty, but also respect and care for both me and my animal. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their pets treated with kindness and dignity.

I have been going to All Paws for years! Dr Kass is very knowledgeable and very careful with diagnosing! Office is not filled with dog food...toys and leashes for sale to add to your vet bill!! Very reasonably priced!

Dr Kass is fabuloso! He's wildly knowledgeable so I can always count on learning something when I visit and I can pick his brain when I have questions. He's also been great about squeezing us into his schedule when he can when I'm worried about something, and with 3 of my 4 woofs being older, that's happening more often. My beasties are in good hands with Dr Kass
