I just drove by this place and noticed the upgrades. Looks like a great place for horses now. They have misting stations in the fields for the horses now, new fencing and signage, very clean looking, new buildings, I am very impressed at the changes. I think the sign said Sals Rebel Ranch so it may have changed hands.
I agree to the point made about nice quality people now, however, after dealing with them, I kinda forgot to ask if it was a business being run out of this place.. I didn't ask!
