All Fur Love Pet Grooming

I’ve been taking my two husky girls to this grooming salon for months, and up until now I’ve always had great experiences. One of my girls struggles with being kenneled, and the staff had always been incredibly accommodating—letting me know ahead of time when she was almost done so I could arrive before she needed to be placed in a kennel. I live in the area and usually work from the café right next door, so I’ve always been close by and available. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday left me very disappointed. I was told that they had new guidelines requiring owners to remain on-site the entire time. While I completely understand that policies can change, I was never informed—no email, no call, nothing. I highly recommend this business! They listen to their people clients. They're loving to their doggie clients. They're very reasonably priced. They're fast!! Seriously. I have a Shih Tzu that I like groomed in a very specific way (not shaved!) and she's ready in 45 minutes! This includes bath, blow dry, groom, nails.

Extremely please with how well All Fur Love handled my incredibly anxious, horribly matted Old English Sheepdog (we’re working on the training component). They handled my girl with such care and gave her such a smooth cut. She can hardly tolerate me brushing her so I am incredibly pleased (and surprised) by the perfect job they did! 8/2025- Was so good to come in and see my anxious girl standing so calmly while they were fishing up! She had the mother of all mats on her ear, I’ve been trying to work it out for a WHILE after a summer of swimming. As always, the groomers did a stellar job with my girlie. They did keep her longer and cute for an OES last time, but wanted her SHORT today for the rest of her summer water adventures. Thank you!!!

We had an unfortunate experience with the mobile grooming. They did not fully dry our dog, and she ended up with bad hot spots that resulted in her fur being shaved and treated with antibiotics and medical cream through our vet. Costly result to the grooming performed. Warning to check that your dog is thoroughly dried before, wish we had known this was a side effect and asked that they fully dry her. I called to inform the business of what happened.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been bringing out senior dog here for a few years and most recently brought her in November. When my husband brought her there last week he was abruptly told he needed to wait for them to groom her. We have never been asked to wait before and when he questioned the person at the desk (albeit he may have been harsher than he intended as he was completely take off guard) she told him that the dog could no longer be groomed and to take her home. She was unprofessional and rude to both my husband and myself when I called to inquire if she would reconsider. Apparently the customer is always right does not apply here. If you are looking for a great groomer - don't go to all fur love - go to the Main Groomer in Medway. They had no issue grooming my seni
