My dog was cut there bad enough that he needed stitches. We were not informed when he was picked up. My father picked him up from the groomers. Brought him straight to my house. I got him from the car and my dad informed me he was bleeding. I found the cut and did not put him down until we got to the vet. (He's only 8 pounds, so really little dog) So when I messaged her quite upset about the fact that he was cut that badly and we were not informed. She came back with that her new groomer "knicked" him and yes they should have told us but there was a lot of stressful stuff going on so she forgot. But that the cut wasn't that bad and something must have happened after he was picked up! "He must have done it when he jumped in the car" she said. He is too little to jump in the car! My dad pick

After picking up my pet from being groomed didnt bother to give me an explanation of her eye being cut and her stomach also i was just charged for the service and ignore the issue. I had to take my pet to the vet because her eye got infected and was having an anxiety attack.cost me a big bill for the grooming and vet visit. Never again will I return to this grooming place....

Rude when she answered the phone to see if they do walk ins and rude when I walked came in. Acted like she was annoyed to have business. Sighed loudly when I told her what I needed. Then lectured me about how to talk to my dog and then HURT my dog and when I asked her to stop said “I haven’t even done anything” in a super condescending tone and did not stop. I know my dog and her pain sounds. Unprofessional and unpleasant all around. Will not go back.

They're very nice, very loving towards your pets they always take care of my pops little dog patches and the prices are great recommend them

Michelle always does a great job. You can drop off at 7am and pick up at 5:30pm. Perfect for working owners!
