Absolute worse service. I had an emergency. My cat had been hit, she was in immense pain, I knew she wasnt going to make it. I just wanted to try to get her pain meds, or to be put down humanely. The dr grabs her, takes her to a room, looks at her for a second and says she thinks she is gone. Grabs a stethoscope and checks to see if she is breathing, she wasnt, she took her last breath before I entered the building, but I didnt know that. She says she is gone, i asked her if she was positive which irritated her. But I needed to make sure becsuse i didnt not want her suffering anymore than she did. She grabbed her head, where all the trauma was located, and starts checking it over. I said, if she is gone, what are doing!? She then DROPPED her head down! They arent use to having the owners

Dr Monika and her team are absolutely amazing!! My poor pup got attacked by a coyote in the morning, and they were able to squeeze her in by the afternoon (thank goodness). Everyone was so kind and took excellent care of my girl.

We are only here for the winter month's. From the first time we walked into this office was a very professional. We made our appointment and came back with our dog. The care we received was out standing. From the vet tech and Dr. knoblich. The receptionist was very friendly . We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

First time customer as I transferred my cats records from her old vet in Tucson. I researched the area and found Dr Monica and Abby. Two great people who provided such good care to my pet. Very personable people and knowledgeable as well. So glad we found a gem.

After an hour and a half wait for my scheduled appointment I left without seeing the doctor. Put my dog in the car and returned to see if I owe anything for the tech's time. As I spoke, the receptionist turned away to give someone else her attention. I walked out and let the door follow me. Before I got to the car the vet FINALLY appeared flying out the door screaming "Don't slam my door!" Well then don't make me wait an hour and a half and don't ignore me when I'm gracious enough to see if I owe you anything!!!
