All Creatures Veterinary Hospital

I've taken my pets to All Creatures for nine years and have always been pleased with their standard of care. I've had to use their emergency service several times, including nights and a holiday, and was met promptly by the vet on call. I've also always been able to get same day appointments for sudden illnesses and injuries, and short lead time appointments for dentals and surgical procedures. A sincere thank you to Dr. Kallie Williams, a kind and compassionate person who has always gone the extra mile in communicating and helping me through the difficult decisions regarding terminal illnesses and end-of-life. Pet ownership is never easy, but a great vet like Dr. Williams is right there with you to celebrate the wins and mourn the losses.

I can’t recommend All Creatures enough. I have taken my cats there for years (including several emergency visits after hours), and they have always been incredibly professional and kind. The facility is clean, staff is wonderful, and they practice an excellent standard of medicine. I also love seeing their updates on all of the work that they do volunteering with our local wildlife. I am very grateful for their incredible work!

All Creatures is the BEST! We’ve been fans since the day Dr. Conner opened his doors. He and his staff have always provided top notch care for my dogs and cats. When I moved out of state, he helped my new vet with consultations early on, to make sure that we didn’t have a prior, minor heart murmur re-diagnosed at great expense. He and his staff manage to focus on the well-being of their patients, even if the owner is difficult (and I think we can all agree that animals can be better than their humans many times!).

😠 A Warning Regarding Customer Service and Office Staff I highly recommend that any prospective new customers scroll through these reviews to gain a better understanding of the customer service you may experience here. For clarity regarding my visit, I brought in two new puppies on behalf of my girlfriend, whose last name is Crow. This is so the clinic cannot dismiss this feedback by claiming they have no record under my name. 🛑 Disappointing Staff Interaction Some of the office staff here clearly do not understand the fundamentals of business. Yesterday evening, right after dinner, I let the girls outside like usual. Darcy was sniffing around the yard when suddenly she yelped and jumped back. At first, we noticed a few scratch marks on her nose and figured maybe one of the chipmunks she loves to chase finally got the upper hand. But then the swelling started—and that’s when we saw two clear puncture wounds. We called All Creatures Veterinary Hospital right away, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better care.
