We were able to get our duck Little Buddy in the same day as a new patient, when we were concerned he lost an eye from a raccoon attack. The staff took their time with us at the initial visit and all follow up visits. The doctor was very thorough and informative! Dr. Roelofs helped us to heal his wounds and clear his infection. We are so pleased with the care that we received! As you can see Buddy thinks well of his doctor and staff!

I took my rescue snake Biscotti here and received excellent care! The veterinarian even texted me to check in on him and see how his care was going. 10/10 recommend for exotics and snakes!

Dr. Roelofs is a phenomenal vet, providing the most gentle and thorough care to my rabbits for well over 10 years. She allows time to go through everything together and answers all of my questions. The rest of the team has also been wonderful any time I call or visit.

Only giving 2 stars because Dr. Roelofs has always been kind. I’ve been coming here for avian care for years and my parents for dog care since I was a kid. Immediately walking in the receptionist gives me a disgusted look. She tells me I missed my appointment. I tell her about the texts I got confirming the appointment was right now and not an hour ago. “That’s just because you have multiple pets”. No, you guys just want to farm no show fees. Last time I had come here I noticed they jacked up their prices insanely and was on the fritz with them because of it but this solidifies that I will never come back here. I will NOT be paying that no show fee because of your appointment systems error and I will take my business and my parents business somewhere else. Train your receptionist to not lo
