Pleasant experience., from initial phone call, the process, & bringing my baby doggie Orlando back home. They were very patient, as I had so many questions., and I know I wasn't easy to deal with. I had asked them crazy questions, like how much longer can i hold on to my dog for, was another night okay, because I just wanted to spend more time with him.. Thank you Jeremy & staff.

My elderly cat died at 8:00PM on Christmas Eve, I phoned ACPC. To my surprise and great relief, they not only answered the phone on a major holiday but arranged pick up by 11:00PM that night. They arrived when they said they would, and phoned 5 minutes in advance of arrival as I’d requested. I’m very grateful for the service that they provided. Price was reasonable, also. I lost my baby on 01/27 late at night. All City Pet was incredibly attentive and patient with my family and me during such a painful and distressing time. This was the first dog we’ve ever lost, our baby Lebron.. Their compassion truly meant everything to us. Even though it was past midnight when we arrived, we were welcomed with grace and kindness, which brought a sense of peace during one of the hardest moments of our lives. They communicated clearly and thoughtfully with us, including keeping us informed about when it was time to pick up our baby. I am deeply grateful for this place.
