Avele has had issues since the flood and being attacked by 2 bigger dogs. David has worked with her and then suggested day camp. I was worried as she is untrusting of dogs when we are on a walk. I trusted David. I watched on video during the outdoor play times. At first she hid behind the humans. Fast forward 2 months. Avele is not only thriving at day camp but playing with multiple dogs. It is an amazing transformation.

Such a positive experience! Our 3 fur babies had so much fun during their boarding and daycare time. They were set up in the VIP room and through out the day we checked the webcams and we were so happy that our dogs were in good hands while we were away. We are also extremely happy to hear that one of our dogs that usually has trust issues with people was able to be loved by the staff. In addition, they offer tailored services for our dogs’ needs and to our needs such as picking up late (extra charge).

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am from out of town and the center where I was attending a conference recommended this business for boarding my pet. All American Pet Resort did not disappoint. I spoke with them on the phone first and they remembered me when I came in to drop off my dog. I called the day before pick up to ask that my dog be ready at an earlier time than I had scheduled and they remembered me again, even though I was speaking to a different person. My dog was ready the next day and he was bathed and healthy. I wish this place was in my hometown because I would use them all the time. I highly recommend them!

Clean, trustworthy, personable, and very easy to schedule! Our dog has been going weekly for almost 6 months now and she loves it. We have also boarded her overnight. Love the camera access to check on her. The packages make it a little cheaper, too. Highly recommend!

We WILL NOT be using All American Pet Resort again. During the scheduled 7night stay, I called twice to check on her and requested a callback both times, No one called back! We only saw her on the cameras once the entire time(Sat morning). We were told we would be sent a report card throughout the week to let us know of her progress. We only received 1 report all week, and that was Sunday morning when we were on the phone and on our way to pick her up. I called Sunday morning and told them we would be picking her up a day early by 5. We arrived to pick her up by 5, and got charged a LATE FEE for picking her up because they closed at 4. Why should a late fee be charged? Even if they were "closed", they still had to have employees there to care and feed the guests! So picking her up a day ea
