All About Animals Vet Clinic

The male Dr.Holifield is great, but his staff is horrible. Terrible miscommunications between surgery and front desk. Was spoken to so rudely (I promise I never bothered them with incessant calls or fussed), I simply replied okay and promptly found a vet with a much kinder staff. Despite working with me and giving me a great price for a dog I rescued, I will never go back. His staff was THAT bad, and I’m difficult to upset. I hate to leave a bad review…. Just be prepared for terrible customer service if you choose this clinic.

I went into this place with my dogs and specifically asked to say with them the whole time and yet they still took them away for shots later on I figured out that it's because the back room is FILTHY!!!! I don't know what they do to the animals and I'm not here to accuse anyone of anything but now my dogs are terrified of the vet when they never were before! AND the vet refused to listen to me(a woman) and only listened to my brother even though my brother said I'm with the dogs more! I had to take my dogs to a different vet and figured out that because he refused to listen to me my dog had an ear ache that got so much worse then it was when I went in and got bad enough she had to have tubes in her ears! I don't know what kind of spite the male vet has to woman but it needs to change! If y

*UPDATE- Sept. 12, 2025* Drs. Michael & Becky were absolutely fantastic with our old girl. She was bitten by a rattlesnake in her mouth. They kept us updated on her daily, and Dr. Michael even bought her some chicken nuggets! I know that they both did everything that they could to help her, but she unfortunately passed. Today our family received a beautiful card with her paw print on it. I cannot express our gratitude for this incredible gesture. It has truly touched our hearts. ---------- Although our circumstances for visiting haven't been the *best*, our family is beyond thankful for the care our pets have received from this clinic.

Dr. Michael and Dr. Becky are just wonderful. I trust my dog Winky completely in their hands and the staff. Their the best. All are caring and compassionate.
