Devan was so sweet to me german shepherd puppy. He came home smelling fresh and looking so handsome and soft! Highly recommend. She got him in quick and had him out quick!

I was a client for almost a full year and was satisfied with the grooming my dogs were receiving. Recently it came to light that they were not getting their ears cleaned as stated was included in the grooming price. I went to the owner and let her know. Her response was that I should have been double checking their work and she didn’t know my dog but assumed he was “combative”. He’s been to several groomers over the years and not once did another place tell me that or did they tell me when I picked him up. She also said there was not a note in his file. Which is a really bold thing to say if there isn’t proof. She was deflecting and not taking accountability. It’s also apparent she doesn’t know her clients either because whenever I would go to pick them up she would run around the shop lik

Devan is the best! She does a fantastic job grooming our dog, who is usually terrified of getting her nails trimmed. Devan knows how to keep her calm enough to even paint her nails! She is a real dog whisperer. Plus, we love how velvety soft her fur is after her grooming. We wouldn't trust anywhere else with our dog.

We took our new Iggy puppy here with our other Iggy for grooming. My adult Iggy gets whiny and nervous and I put that down to normal. But our puppy went there and came home with a skinned off knuckle and the joint is swollen. We were told it looks worse than it is and it happened due to him kicking. We understand puppies get nervous but why wasn't he strapped in where he couldn't kick? If someone has a profession of grooming the animals shouldn't be hurt. We will NEVER take our animals back. Especially as we've known they don't actually bathe our mainecoon cat. Complete ripoff and totally unprofessional.
