Dr. John Gil is a superstar of superstars amongst veterinarians. His gentle demeanor with animals shines through at every visit. He's no nonsense and very reasonable with care recommendations. He's experienced and compassionate. This is the only local veterinarian I recommend, and this veterinary clinic and its staff are very much appreciated. P.S. Go Gauchos!

I have brought both of my cats here for the past 3 years and I can say I am happy w the service and professionalism. My go to vet is Dr Sophie, she is very kind, thorough, sympathetic, and addresses all concerns and realistic possibilities. She’s been helping diagnose and treat my asthmatic cat for a while and has definitely helped her feel more comfortable at the fragile age of 15. I will always be grateful for the staff here.

I came to this clinic based on a recommendation from someone who had been a long-time client, unaware that the practice had changed ownership. My initial visit on 1/9/26 was for a wellness exam, during which the doctor recommended additional testing for my dog’s lazy eye, which I agreed to. My dog was scheduled to be spayed with a rescue on 1/15/26, and I booked a post-op check for 1/23/26. At that visit, I also asked the provider to check something I noticed in my dog’s ear. A cytology exam was recommended, which I approved and paid for. I was told my dog had a mild ear infection and was prescribed ear wash and drops. During our very first visit, my dog contracted kennel cough—even though he has no contact with other dogs—which raised immediate concerns about their protocols.
