Alex's Pet Shop

Honestly, I don't usually give ratings, but this store deserves it. They treat their customers very well, and the animals are always in a safe place and well cared. My little one is healthy and very happy.

I had a great experience here. I got two ferrets, they were very professional and knowledgeable, all our questions were answered in a timely manner, thank you Alex , I will definitely come back!!

A very pleasant experience visiting Alex’s Pet shop. Alex is very kind and a patient with customers. The shop is very clean and a lot of options to choose from his collection small birds/beta fish/ dogs/ and other pets. I got six budgies and they are very happy. Alex keeps the shop clean and takes care of his pets. Highly recommend visiting him.

We were in NJ visiting my sister and her family from Florida. My sister needed to pick up a hamster for my niece and I ended up walking out with a puppy!! I couldn’t help but fall in love with him and couldn’t fathom the idea of not taking him home. Alex, the owner, and his associate were very friendly and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed to bring our new puppy home. The whole process was relatively quick and easy. I’m glad to say that Milo is acclimating well to his new home and got a clean bill of health from the vet.

Terrible costumer service. We came from another state because of the good reviews. But as soon as he comes out he asks if he can help us with an attitude. Then he doesn’t want us to interact with the animals. I said let’s go and he gets defensive in front of my children. Then follows me out arguing. If you read this. The Tone you use when talking to costumers is very important especially when there is children around excited for a pet. The money I was going to spend there spent it somewhere else so he lost a costumer. Un negocio con gente asi se cae.
