Alexandria Pike Animal Hospital PSC

I’ve been taking my pets to Dr. Doan for roughly 9 years now. When I had my two cats who came down with serious health issues, Dr. Doan and his LOVELY team of nurses were so supportive and kind and did everything they could to be there for us, even through the hardest parts. I’ve done my research and tried other doctors as well, and while they were also fine, something about Dr. Doan and his staff just made us feel more at home. I have a pretty rowdy dog and they have done a great job handling his excitement and anxiety, whereas other clinics have seemed to not handle his rowdiness as well. Dr. Doan has also done a teeth cleaning on my dog and did a great job and I’m about to book another one for my other dog! I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. Dr. Doan and his staff took the upmost care of my cat!! He had an ear infection, teeth cleaning and some teeth pulled out. I’ve never seen a vet clinic this good and it was AFFORDABLE!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. We won’t ever go somewhere else!

Last July, our 14 year old Labrador was in distress and we called to bring her in to the hospital where we had taken her for appointments and procedures, knowing we most likely would have to put her down. In a time of high emotion, this horrible place was insensitive and said we could not bring her in. We were on the phone crying and the lack of care and consideration given by this facility was atrocious. We called another vet in Fort Thomas who immediately opened their doors to us and even met us in the parking lot to support us in this horrible time. NOW, 10 months later, this animal hospital sends us a post card saying it is time for an appointment for our now deceased pet. Dr. Doan and his staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and always provide the upmost care for my pets when its time for a visit. I can't imagine going anywhere else! If you're looking for a wonderful vet for your pets, I highly recommend Alexandria Pike Animal Hospital!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Doan and his staff. Dr. Doan took the time to listen to my concerns, explain treatment options and put both me and my high-strung GSP at ease. He is knowledgable, caring, compassionate - Dr. Doan and his entire team care about the two-legged and four-legged patients alike -truly the best. Thank you!
