The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure our Bengal cat "Kiri" was comfortable throughout the visit. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they treat, and that means so much as a pet owner. We’re very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional veterinary team.

I recently established here and everything seemed ok for the most part although they seemed expensive and ran behind a lot. One of my dogs was having GI issues and her fecal was normal. Dr Garza prescribed a fairly strong drug that is a bit hard on dogs with kidney disease and can have quite a lot of side effects. I gave her one dose and she was already having issues so I called and asked if we could try pumpkin since they previously suggested that. He agreed. A week later she had a likely unrelated mini kidney crisis and I was told by an emergency vet to follow up with Dr Garza. Well I guess I “took up too much of his time” (even though I never demanded answers right away) because a few days later they dropped me. They stated I ”took up too much time” and “didn’t follow his treatment” eve

I am so happy I found Alamo Vet, and even happier that I took my time researching before taking my corgi anywhere else. For context, we used to live near Boerne and took our dogs to HERBST, which we loved. After moving, we really needed to find a home vet closer to us since the drive to HERBST became too far. We recently went in for a check‑up, and the service at Alamo Vet was excellent from beginning to end. There was no long wait, and I truly felt that both the vet tech and Dr. Garza listened to every concern without rushing me. They answered all my questions and even took the time to review Achilles’ records. He has IVDD and has undergone surgeries and therapies, so I’m extremely cautious about who I trust with his care, especially because his back is so vulnerable. Dr. Garza was amaz

Dr. Masses was wonderful!! She took the time to explain to me exactly what my cat was going through and gave me all possible options/outcomes. The front and tech staff were very nice and helpful as well.

This review is long overdue. There are not enough words to express how great this team is. From the front desk to vet staff, they have all been so good to our fur babies. One of our dogs is a delicate flower and has visited several clinics across the Country, yet this has been our best experience by far. Dr. Garza and the rest of the team were a perfect blend of knowledgeable and compassionate. You can tell they genuinely love animals! Prices are also very reasonable, and they have experience with military pet relocation. They helped medically prepare our dogs for an overseas move, and we are forever grateful.
