Having been a client of Dr. Ness for 27 years, I never thought to leave a review until today when I checked his office hours and started reading reviews. I first met Larry in 1998 when I moved to Suffern. He was a young doctor, I was a younger customer! We have both aged gracefully over time and he has seen my children grow from infants to young adults. And, of course, he has met every one of my past and present Boxers (we are on numbers 5 & 6 now). A couple of weeks ago when my older girl had to see Dr. Ness, I found a picture in the photo album of my two dogs along with two of my children. It brought back lots of memories. While reading some of these reviews, I was surprised by even the very few that were less than 5 star. Sometimes first impressions should be taken with a grain

We had to take our cat Cookie to the vet because she had dental problems and it caused her to have an infection. Dr. Ness was very knowledgeable and took care of our cats teeth. The price is very reasonable and her treatment was excellent. I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital ! 🐱

Dr. Ness is very knowledgeable, answers all your questions and doesn’t rush you. The staff is also very friendly and professional. I took my seven month old puppy there for a check up and they were very thorough and treated her with lots of tlc. I definitely recommend them.

I have known Dr. Ness for the last 20 years. Brought all my dogs to him. He is the best and his team is the nicest group of folks. I always tease him and say "Dr. Ness if you weren't a Veterinarian, you would have made and outstanding pediatrician"".

Dr. Ness & staff, Thank you so much for your time and attention these past few years with my senior dog Otis. I cannot recommend Dr. Ness enough. When Otis was diagnosed with a deadly tumor in 2020 Dr. Ness took the time to call me, answer or return every call I ever made to him, no matter the date and time and offered me compassionate guidance through it all. Otis lived longer than expected (15 months!) and just recently passed. It was sudden and our plan to have him go at home was not able to happen. We took him to Dr. Ness on New Years Eve and thankfully they were there and helped us with the most difficult thing we've ever had to do. We are bereft but grateful to this wonderful place for helping us send our baby to the rainbow bridge peacefully and respectfully. We miss you Dr. Ness an
